From 1995 - 1999 Mr Chynoweth was a class teacher at the Tyrrells School, Chelmsford Essex.

Between 1999 and 2001 he took on the role of Advanced Skills Teacher for Essex County Council, based at the Tyrrells school but seconded to schools throughout the county.

In 2001 he was appointed to the post of Headteacher at the Tyrrells School.

Mr Chynoweth joins Jumeirah Primary School in 2008 as Head of School.

Mrs Brown began her teaching career in South Africa and after 4 years moved to Hong Kong where she taught for 6 years at Kowloon Junior School. During this time she taught years 4 and 6 and was History/Geography coordinator and Year 4 Team Leader.

In 2002 Mrs Brown moved to New Zealand where she worked at Glenbrae Primary School as Associate Principal.

Mrs Brown joined Jumeirah Primary School in 2007 as an FS2 teacher and in 2008 takes on the role of Deputy Head.
