Help our Environment
Keeping the environment safe and healthy is an important thing in our lives, that effects the world and our future.
The UAE is not the number one most eco-friendly place in the world. In fact, it is well known for producing a high amount of pollution!
Many people in Dubai do all they can for the environment however there are still a large number of the population who still do not see the situation and the state the world is in. There is much pollution throughout the world, therefore we must all try our hardest to try and lessen this amount.
There are many ways to help the earth and they are all very simple!
How eco-friendly are you?
Do you recycle your wasted materials?
Do you use reusable bags/reuse your plastic bags?
Do you reduce the amount of plastic bags and cups, paper, glass bottles and cans that you buy/use?
Do you send your child to school with a refillable water bottle?
Do you take two-minute showers instead of long baths?
Do you turn lights off when they’re not needed?
Do you try to limit the times you use the car, TV, Phone, computer and stereo?
How eco-friendly are you?
Try to encourage your friends, neighbours, people at work, your family and most of all yourself, to stay as eco-friendly as possible, to make Dubai and our world a better place.
JPS students and staff are keen to make the school an even more eco-friendly place than it already is.
Thank you for all your efforts so far in keeping Dubai healthy.
