Patrick Holford led a schools research project - Food for the Brain. 

The children received:

  •  New foods
  •  Fresh fruit and water 
  •  Healthy lunches
  •  Coordination exercises
  •  Supplements


They did not have:

  •  Sugary drinks and snacks

The Results showed:

  • Less impulsivity and hyperactivity
  • Better concentration
  • Better social skills and behaviour
  • Improved SATs scores
