Jordan Williams
Assistant Principal Innovation & Personalised Learning
Jordan Williams is an experienced education leader with a deep commitment to creating inspired, independent, and lifelong learners. He holds a First-Class Degree in Educational Studies, specialising in Sport and Physical Education from the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff, followed by a Masters in Educational Practice and the NPQSL.
Jordan began his career in a small primary school in Swansea, South Wales, where he taught across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and led wholeschool developments in ICT. In 2017, he joined Jumeirah Primary School, teaching across KS2 before moving into leadership as Social Studies Leader, a member of the Extended Leadership Team, and eventually a Core Subject Coordinator.
Jordan now serves on the Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal, leading on Innovation and Personalised Learning. He is passionate about leveraging creative approaches, technology, and purposeful curriculum design to craft memorable learning experiences that motivate students to push boundaries, explore curiosities, and see themselves as capable, confident learners.
Outside of school, Jordan enjoys cycling, discovering new cities, and spending quality time with his wife and young son.
